Returns Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage or freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. - are incomplete or missing parts,
- are not returned in their original packaging,
- show signs of physical damage to the product.
Damaged Items
Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide with a postage or freight charge reimbursement when the goods have been returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order will be sent back to you.Faulty Items/Warranty Claims

Shipping
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped using Australia Post for Australian Customers and International Customers. Australia Post postage fees will be calculated at the web cart for all orders delivered within Australia. For International Customers please request a quote from us by filling-in in the "Get a Quote" form at the Shopping Cart. We will calculate the shipping charges and provide you with a quote for your consideration.We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day of the order being placed. If we are unable to dispatch your order within two working days we will advice you of the estimated dispatch date. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered within Australia and an additional 2 weeks working days for your order to be delivered internationally.Disclaimer
